Day-to-day Activities:

• Create, maintain and update the database of customers with complete information and emails.
• Record outbound call history and customer response in detail.
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them.
• Departments in handling customer requests and needs.

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior Highschool Graduate
• Experience in the BPO industry is a PLUS
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna.
