- Monitoring Tools (Promotheus and Grafana preferred)
- Level 3 Support (Hardcore Troubleshooting)
- Implementation of Infrastructure
- System Support such as incidents in production – self-healing strategies related to implementation
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis
