Salary Package: PhP 22,000 to PhP25,000
The Customer Support Associate position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding the client’s product or services.
• Have an experience of at least six (6) months as a TSR
• Have good English communication skills
• Have working knowledge on computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
